Summer Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward floral Gin with a lemonlime sweetness. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Grapefruit Peel, Lemon Myrtle, Jarrah Honey, Camomile Flowers, and Cassia Bark.

Drink on its own or pair with a Citrus infused Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a slice of fresh Lime.

Early this summer my fiance and I were down at Rockingham shops and stumbled across their stall. We did some taste testing and purchased a bottle of the Summer Gin. It's bloody delicious like the rest of their gins. Do yourself a favour and if you see them give them a try and I'm sure you will buy.

Absolutely lovely

I saw the stall while down at the shopping centre, the lovely lady who served me was friendly and helpful, she supplied information about the gin which was wonderful—the perfect little self-bought birthday present. It's wonderfully alone and with a chaser. I will definitely be collecting them all.

Wandered down to Peels farmers fresh produce market and stumbled across Billy Stitch stall 😀 well hello! Taste tested and enjoyed the Summer Gin.
