It’s juniper-forward with a smooth simplicity, letting the botanicals like orange peel, cassia bark, and a touch of coriander shine through. It’s bold, it’s fresh, and it’s got that spice to make things interesting.

Jaffa Espresso Cocktail 

Ingredients:

• 30ml Orange and Cassia Gin (50% ABV for that extra oomph!)
• 30ml Kahlua (for that rich, coffee goodness)
• 30ml Fresh Espresso (make it strong, like your mornings)
• 10ml Simple Syrup (optional, depending on your sweet tooth)
• Ice cubes
• Orange peel twist for garnish

Instructions:

1. Brew a strong espresso and let it cool for a minute or two (no one likes a hot cocktail).
2. In a shaker, add the Orange and Cassia Gin, Kahlua, espresso, and simple syrup (if using).
3. Add ice cubes and shake it like you’re waking up after a long night.
4. Strain into a chilled glass—martini or rocks, your call.
5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel to bring out those citrusy notes.
