This Orange and Cassia Gin is steeped in a medley of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries—because why settle for one fruit when you can have the whole damn berry patch? At 40% ABV, it’s sweet, summery, and refreshingly fruity. Pair it with lemonade and a slice of fresh orange for the perfect sunny sipper. Oh, and did we mention it’s pink and literally sparkly? 

Sparkly Berry Bliss Cocktail 

Ingredients:

• 50ml Galaxy Gin (the pink, sparkly magic)
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 10ml Simple Syrup (or to taste)
• A handful of mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
• 100ml Lemonade
• Crushed ice
• Fresh mint for garnish
• A slice of orange for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, muddle the mixed berries with lime juice and simple syrup to release all that berry goodness.
2. Add the Galaxy Gin and some crushed ice, then shake it like you mean it.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with more crushed ice.
4. Top with lemonade for that perfect sparkle.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh orange—because who doesn’t like a little flair?
