A barrel-aged beauty with serious pedigree. We took our bold Dry Gin, known for its distinctive Szechuan spice, and let it rest for 12 months in a Margaret River sherry cask.

The result is a powerful, full-flavoured gin layered with warm vanilla, oak and spice. It's rich, complex and unapologetically robust , definitely one for those who like their spirits with a bit of punch.

This one's made for slow sipping — try it neat or over ice. If you're mixing, keep it simple with soda or Soda Smith 01 Tonic and let the gin do the heavy lifting.
