THE STORY BEYOND THE BOTTLE

Atypical Apricot was part of the early Billy Stitch line-up, created during the years when curiosity, experimentation and a whole lot of learning were turning a backyard project into a distillery. One of the biggest influences along the way was Kiwi distiller Jesse from Still It, so much so that our first six gins carried a little dedication to him on the back label. 

From YouTube rabbit holes to eventually meeting the man himself in New Zealand, it’s a pretty special part of the Billy Stitch story.
