Atypical Apricot Gin Sour (No Egg) 

Ingredients:

• 45ml Atypical Apricot Gin (it's 50% ABV, so let's go bold)
• 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup (adjust for sweetness)
• 1-2 drops of Foaming Agent (to give you that silky, frothy texture)
• Ice cubes
• Apricot slice or rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add the Atypical Apricot Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and foaming agent to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake it well for about 10 seconds without ice (to get the foam action going).
3. Add ice and shake for another 15-20 seconds to chill everything down.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a slice of apricot or a rosemary sprig to give it that extra pop of personality.

Pro Tip: The foaming agent gives you that smooth, frothy texture without the egg.
