BERRY MOJITO
Berry Mojito Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward floral Gin with a lemonlime sweetness. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Grapefruit Peel, Lemon Myrtle, Jarrah Honey, Camomile Flowers, and Cassia Bark.
Drink on its own or pair with a Citrus infused Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a slice of fresh Lime.

Summer Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward floral Gin with a lemon-lime sweetness. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Grapefruit Peel, Lemon Myrtle, Jarrah Honey, Camomile Flowers, and Cassia Bark.Drink on its own or pair with a Citrus infused Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a slice of fresh Lime.
Orange & cassia
Orange and Cassia Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward simple Gin with a candy orange start and a spice finish. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Orange Peel, and Cassia Bark.
Drink it on its own or pair it with an Indian Style Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a slice of fresh Lemon.
Galaxy Pink Gin
Galaxy Pink Gin is our Orange and Cassia Gin steeped in a mix of Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and Strawberries. Pair with lemonade and a slice of fresh orange. It is sweet, summery, fruity, and refreshing.
Atypical Apricot
Atypical Apricot Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a contemporary Gin with a balance of spices, herbs, citrus and sweetness. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, Apricot, Cardamom, Ginger, Rosemary, and Nutmeg.
Drink it on its own or pair it with a light Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a sprig of Rosemary.
Dry gin
Szechuan Gin is bottled at 50% ABV to concentrate the flavour. This is a juniper-forward traditional Gin with a pepper finish. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark, Cardamom, and Szechuan Pepper.
Drink it on its own or pair it with a Mediterranean-style Tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part Gin) with a slice of Red Capsicum.
